Effective 27 July 2020:
We would like to assure all our customers, whilst protecting our staff and adhering to government guidance, we are continuing to offer full technical and sales support and are committed to our ‘same day despatch’ principle (for all orders placed before 1pm).
We do however feel we should make you aware of the situation our couriers are faced with:
- They are still experiencing extremely high levels of demand and whilst they are doing everything to mitigate problems, they are advising this may impact their delivery services.
- We are therefore asking customers to plan ahead as best they can to avoid any potential issues that may be as a result of a delivery issue.
Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and the fact goods are not being signed for at the moment, we would also ask all customers, in the unlikely event goods arrive incomplete or damaged in any way, you refuse the delivery and inform us of this as soon as possible.
