ADDITIONAL NOTES: 
  • Any orders including lengths over 2 metres, oversized parcels, or pallets, can take between 2-5 days to deliver.  An estimated delivery time will be noted on your order acknowledgement.

  • As of 1 January 2021, there is additional information we need to collect for all orders shipping to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland due to new post-Brexit paperwork requirements. Shipping charges have also been impacted.  Please contact us for additional information or questions regarding this.

  • We ask all customers, in the unlikely event goods arrive incomplete or damaged in any way, to refuse the delivery and inform us of this as soon as possible.

  • If you have provided us with a mobile telephone number, we will pass this on to our courier who will send you a text message regarding your delivery.  Our couriers will, if advised, leave your order in a designated "safe place" when you are unavailable to take delivery in person.  If you would like to include this option, please provide us with relevant details.

      There are four delivery charges:

      • Small items: £10.50 + VAT
      • Medium items: £16.50 + VAT
      • Large items: £20.00 + VAT
      • Pallet items: £70.00 + VAT

      NOTE: Delivery charges to Ireland and non-mainland UK are slightly higher. Please contact us for details.  Some of our larger ExpertSystem XL installer packs have bespoke shipping charges outside of prices listed above, actual shipping charges in shopping cart.

      If you order is placed before 1pm, and your item is in stock, delivery is typically next day. Deliveries to the Highlands and Ireland will typically take 2-5 days.

      We will always try to dispatch any orders placed before 1pm the same day for a next day delivery providing all components are in stock. If, on the very rare occasion we do not have any of the essential components in stock, we will be in touch as soon as possible to rearrange your delivery.
