IN2 Access and Control Ltd are celebrating a year of growth as the company makes further senior and apprentice-level appointments, in addition to significantly expanding its warehouse capacity.
As IN2 Access continues to reach and exceed the growth targets it has set itself year-on-year, Director Mark Buchan, believes “it is critical to ensure we stay in direct contact with our customers, either with face-to-face communication, or by simply picking up the phone and presenting a familiar voice”.
With this in mind, the company has recently welcomed Internal Sales Manager, Rhian Smith, into the team with the objective to support and develop smaller accounts whilst offering great customer service and value for money for existing customers.
“We do not want to spread ourselves too thinly, so we are pleased to appoint Rhian Smith to head up our internal sales department.
“Having worked with Rhian in the past, we know she is a dedicated, reliable professional and we are very pleased to have her on board” said Mark Buchan.
In addition, the company has almost doubled its warehouse capacity in order to meet market demand.
Having refitted its entire warehouse with new racking systems and adding a brand new mezzanine level, the extra space will be utilised as storage for existing stock and makes room for innovative new products, soon to be introduced to the marketplace.
The company is also continuing their learning and development programme, as they announce the opening of two further apprentice positions in administration and production; taking the grand total to 7 apprentices in the past four years.
