Make a customer referral using the form below and we will reward you with £50 FREE credit on your account, 28 days after the new customer has opened an account and paid for their first order (minimum spend applies - £150 excl. VAT). Once you have submitted their details, we will make contact to confirm the referral and offer 25% OFF their first order.
Terms and conditions
- In order to be eligible for the £50 free credit reward, you must first recommend us to a potential new customer, who does not already hold an existing trade account with us. The new customer must not already be purchasing our products from one of our agents.
- A referral will be deemed successful when the new customer has opened a trade account (pro-forma or credit), has placed an order and paid for their goods (a minimum order value of £150 excl. VAT applies). Goods purchased using credit will need to be paid for before the reward is issued.
- New customers wishing to open a credit account will be subject to a credit check. Customers who are not eligible for credit are welcome to open a pro-forma account, where goods can be paid for up-front.
- If the new customer returns the goods from their first order and receives a full refund within 28 days of receipt, you will not receive the £50 credit reward. This excludes faulty or damaged goods.
- There is no limit to the number of customer referral rewards you can receive whilst this promotion is running.
- You will not be eligible for the £50 free credit reward if the new customer does not place an order within three months of opening an account.
- You will receive an email notice to inform you that your company has been credited with £50 to spend with us, 28 days after the new customer has paid for the goods from their first order.
- If you are the new customer, once you have opened an account with us, your dedicated Account Manager will send you a unique 25% discount code to quote when you place your first order. Your discount code cannot currently be used when placing an order via our website.
- We hold the right to end this promotion at any time, without notice.
- All data will be collected and stored in line with GDPR regulations.
