RFGate 2 – Wireless transmission system for pressure-sensitive safety edges (PSSE)
Applications: Rolling, sectional, revolving and folding doors, sliding, swing and telescopic gates
Safety rating: CAT 2 (PLc) according to EN ISO 13849-1

Bircher Reglomat’s RFGate 2 wireless transmission kits offer the ideal solution for linking pressure-sensitive safety edges on applications including rolling, sectional and folding doors plus most automatic gates requiring CAT 2(PLc) safety.
Available in single and two channel, these systems boast a rapid start-up time and stress-free installation - ideal for retrofitting to existing systems. The RFGate 2 is rated to IP55 and comes supplied with lithium batteries which span an average life of up to 2 years as standard.
ESGate 2 & ESGate 3 – Hardwired switching device for a range of applications 
Applications: Rolling, sectional and folding doors, barriers and sliding, swing and telescopic gates
Safety rating: ESGate 2 is rated to CAT 2(PLd) and ESGate 3 is rated to CAT 3(PLe) according to EN ISO 13849-1
Supply voltage: Both devices in either 24 VAC/DC or 230 VAC
Bircher Reglomat’s ESGates have two separate inputs/outputs allowing you to differentiate safety in both opening and closing cycles of the gate/door. Both devices are fully configurable and boast a rapid start-up time, 5-error memory log and come supplied with a 24-month warranty as standard. The CAT 3 version, unlike many in the market, monitors the control board contacts for short/open circuit faults for additional safety.
InTra6-2 & InTra6-3 – Inductive signal transmission for automatic sliding gates
Applications: Sliding gates
Safety rating: InTra6-2 is rated to CAT 2(PLd) and InTra6-3 is rated to CAT 3(PLe) according to EN ISO 13849-1
Supply voltage: Both devices available in either 24 VAC/DC or 240 VAC
The InTra6 is a sixth-generation inductive signal transmission system for sliding gates. The unit transmits the status of pressure-sensitive safety edges when mounted on the mobile part of the gate, securely and contact-free.
Typically used where wireless systems cannot be installed due to high interference or other restrictions, these systems provide a wear-free, reliable solution. These units are easy to install, intelligent with 5-error memory log, full configurability and low maintenance. As with the ESGate3 CAT 3 version, the InTra6-3 also monitors the control board contacts for short/open circuit faults for additional safety.
AOS Series – Safety processing units for optical safety edge applications
Applications: Industrial, garage and sectional doors and roller shutters
Safety rating: All units are developed in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1

All optical safety edges and light curtains can be connected to WITT Sensoric’s AOS range of safety processing units to provide protection.
The AOS range of safety processing units can be retrofitted and integrated with older controllers providing an upgrade to any system. CAT 2/CAT 3(PLc) systems are available depending on your application requirements. In addition, 8K2 Ohm and optical safety edge (OSE) monitoring is available on selected models.
BS02-E02 & BS02-E04 – Safety edge monitoring controller
Applications: Industrial doors, gates and roller shutters.
Safety rating: CAT 2(PLc) according to EN ISO 13849-1
Supply voltage: Both devices available in 12/24 VAC/DC selectable
Our lower cost units reliably monitor safety edges for actuation and interruptions and can be connected to most manufacturer’s gate and door control panels.
The BS02-E02 has two 8K2 Ohm resistive inputs/single output, providing LED indication monitoring of each of the two safety edges for fault finding and checking operation. The BS02-E04 unit has four 8K2 Ohm resistive inputs/single output and provides LED indication for up to four safety edge inputs.
Both units can be shipped with spare resistors as standard if multiple inputs are not required.
