Welcoming Tammy Phillips and Matt Pindred to the IN2 Access Team
At IN2 Access, we’re thrilled to introduce two exceptional professionals joining our team—Tammy Phillips, our new Sales Manager, and Matt Pindred, stepping into the role of Technical Sales Support. Both Tammy and Matt bring extensive industry experience, along with a drive to deliver outstanding solutions to our customers.
To further broaden their knowledge and expertise, Tammy and Matt recently had the opportunity to represent IN2 Access during a visit to Comunello headquarters in Vicenza, Italy. This trip was an invaluable experience, providing in depth training on Comunello gate hardware and automation products, as well as insights into cutting edge products they have in development.
An Enriching Visit to Comunello Headquarters
While in Italy, Tammy and Matt participated in engaging meetings with Comunello executives, toured their state-of-the-art facilities, and received in-depth training on key products. Among the range of innovative solutions, they explored the new Sky motor for automated swing gates—a standout product that represents Comunello’s commitment to quality and usability.
Reflecting on the visit, Matt shared, “We didn’t realise how invested Comunello is in their manufacturing process. Doing everything in-house not only ensures the highest level of quality control but also enables better management of their supply chain. From an installer’s perspective, they were open to suggestions on how to further improve ease of use and installation.”
Tammy echoed these sentiments, adding, “The trip was incredibly valuable, and we’re grateful for Comunello’s hospitality. The knowledge we gained will allow us to better assist our customers with their gate automation and hardware needs.”
Delivering Results
Tammy wanted to give a shout out to the meticulous work of IN2 Access’s production and warehouse team. “Some of our customers have very specific packing and delivery requirements,” she noted. “The IN2 Access team does a fantastic job ensuring every order is handled with care, which makes a big difference.”
Meanwhile, with his practical background as a gate installer, Matt brings a unique perspective to Technical Sales Support. His hands-on knowledge and field-based experience ensures customers receive tailored, effective solutions for their automation projects.
